The leasing agent was a negative representation of this community. They provided thorough details about the leasing process but failed to provide any details about the apartment, amenities, or neighborhood.

The community was appealing and attractive. The grounds and common areas were well-kept and notable. The leasing professional was talented and helpful. The leasing professional was impressive and full of energy. She customized my expereince to meet my needs. The home and community was admirable and engaging. The community and home was comforting. The property offered a commendable rate in exchange. The community and apartment home was complete. I would recommend my family and friends to this community based on my great experience.

The community appeared well taken care of. I did not feel that I was actually sold on this property by the agent that assisted me.

The upkeep of the common areas was acceptable and there was no debris or trash around. The leasing professional came across as robotic, as if he were new and now learning about the community. My engagement with the leasing professional came across as comfortable and he adequately related the apartment as something that would fit my needs. The leasing professional used a suitable to very general sales presentation. The thought of calling this community home is indifferent and the rate is very reasonable in exchange for what you were getting. I envision the quality of life here based on the apartment features only as decent and the likelihood of me recommending this community is neutral.
