Just moved out and thank God. The roaches were taking over my apartment and all of my neighbors apartments. My next door neighbors just moved in and are going to move out. my boyfriends parents just bought us a house because they wanted us out. Kind of extreme but it's was a nightmare living there. The way they handle everything is so scetchy. The new management is no different then the old management. Horrible. I had a maintenance guy come over unexpectedly one day after asking over 5 times in a few months. He knocked on the door and said he got the wrong apartment. I closed and locked the door. Then he turned around and started yelling through the door that he misread his paper and that he needed to do maintenance on my apartment. I come to the door and before I try to open it he is knocking and turns my door handle to try and open the door. I got creeped out so I didn't unlock the door and gave up on getting the numerous amounts of things fixed in my apartment. After I moved out, the new management tried to charge me 50 dollars per wall that I painted and did not care about honoring any kind of agreement I made with the past owners. It was not in the lease, painting was not documented anywhere. I right this review for all the people I know that got screwed over from this apt complex and for my next door neighbor that had to get her son to come and so maintenance on her apartment. And if you move here buy and replace your own air filter cuz ours had years of build up and dirt on it. Not healthy air to breathe. Not a healthy place to live.
