Three site managers and all maintenance staff have all been fired or left in the past 12 months. They do not manage any maintenance issues! My apartment has been without a smoke alarm for 6 months. One tenant did not have hot water for over a week during Thanksgiving. I received a demand payment note on my door indicating that I owed money and that it was due the next day or they would start eviction. The note did not indicate why they thought I owed money and when I called the office they couldn't tell me why I received the note. They then claimed that is was for missed payments. I had receipts to prove all payments were made on time! I contacted corporate office and left a message/complaint and did not receive any calls back. Stay away from this dump!!!!!
