it is not completed my comment please put all the commet ok, no more lease for 12 month, aplications fee, $60 dls more every month credit check hard, after 5year paying on time my rent it is not pretest to do that put all for that other renters know this new rule .
today at Spanish at the lease'office l was for see the new renew, but it is for 6/m no more for 12/m os course we do not renew after 5 year we need move but is only option why no renew for 6/m is very easy after 6/m rete up at one year two time rate up.
