I was refuse hair service, and I felt it was unfair since I pay rent to live here, and the person allowed to do hair does not rent. It seems she have more rights to use amenities than I do. If I not mistaken she uses the facilities at no cost but her license and insurance fee which does not equal an apartment rental. Is this fair for a person not paying rent to refuse an amenities to a person who does pay rent.

Even if she is not use to my hair texture That is no excuse not to shampoo and condition my hair I feel the apartment owners should make sure they allow a person to work there that can do all hair textures if not allow more than one person to work in the facility and not limit it to one person who refuses a resident services
