Poor service, careless owners, no work done.
This has so far been a terrible experience. The owner is too busy with her life to worry about what happens in her rentals. I assure you if they were BBB accredited I would report them simply based on their service. Take care of business then worry about your life....and don't be so pompous about it...place isn't that special.
