Very Poor Apartment
This is the worst apartment, Insulation is nonexistence. Utilities are because HIGH, because of low insulation. Very Noisy apartment hear upstairs all the time. apartment manager is a joke as is the the property manger Knapp Properties. I would recommend this to my worst enemy.
