A little pricey

The poor design/construction of the building's plumbing/electrical/structural infrastructure will not stand the test of time. The HVAC in my unit is insufficient for the square footage I have. On hot days, the AC runs 24/7. Amd when the sun shines directly on my thermostat, it sends false readings. The garage leaks everywhere and it's lighting is not up to building code. The walls and floors are noisy from neighbors. I can literally hear people talking in a normal voice from the unit next to me. I can hear people above me open and close cabinets.

Safety and security rate highly important to me. I feel very safe and secure at The Fynn. For that, I would highly recommend The Fynn. However, because of the breakdowns I experienced (shower door leaking, kitchen sink collapsing, elevator out of order, garage door failure) I would be cautious about my recommendation.

I’ve only lived here for a week, so I can’t exactly say. However, it’s been awesome growing accustomed to the community. Everyone seems friendly and polite, even with construction the common areas are almost always clean, and the staff have been a joy. My floor is calm and quiet, and my neighbors have all been positive so far.
