DO NOT MOVE HERE. I LIVED HERE FOR 2 YEARS AND THE HOT WATER GOES OFF AT LEAST ONCE A MONTH FOR THE LAST FEW MONTHS. IT TAKES THEM DAYS TO FIX IT.
