Love the building and all the staff but am greatly disappointed with the management that they waited until after I had lived there for 6 weeks to inform me that 121 is a Non-Smoking Community. There are no signs on the property, doors, website or brochure that state this and at no time during the tour or at the signing off my lease was I inform. Being a smoker I do try to curtail my habit around non-smokers and should be able to do it in the comfort of my own home. If I was informed about the non-smoking policy I could have made a decision if I wish to live there, in this case the decision was made for me unknowingly.
