My actual apartment unit was very nice in this complex. I really liked it. Unfortunately, the service from the employees and maintenance almost completely ruin the entire experience. We had maintenance complaints from when we first moved in that were still present when we moved out 2 years later. The office is not organized at all. We received notices saying we owed money or that we were in violation of our lease for things that we had already taken care of. Someone in the office will tell you one thing, but the someone else will say the opposite the next day. Trying to move out was a disaster because they kept giving us different dates and payment information. We had to go out of our way multiple times to correct their mistakes. I'm so glad to finally be done with them! I won't say you shouldn't live there because the units are great, but be prepared to have to deal with their incompetence.
