NO upfront honesty about what really goes on with all amenities and services within the complex. No real value in amenities as is selling point. Low end fixtures, counters, tile, and carpets. Although those were sold as luxury. Prices fluctuate from initial call prices or internet visit. All in all poorly managed and enforced "Luxury" community.
