Moved in six months ago, fantastic property mgr and great move in deal too. The actual unit is terrific. This is brand new construction/new community so promises of grass and landscaping have come and gone three times over now. The rent is NOT cheap and expected more. Why do I care about having grass you ask because I have a dog, speaking of pets the moment I moved in to present date there have been daily/weekly issues with dog waste not being picked up by animal owners. Despite every attempt from management to alert tenants to pick up 'pet depuosits' or pay $100 fine it's still an issue. This place cost as much as a mortgage and to put up with unruly dog owners is rediculous. And for that reason I'm out of this place along with broken promises. This property would be great but it's not worth the high cost to live here.
