I lived here seven years due to income restrictions and was able to save a ton of money and live a few blocks from work but would not call it an ideal home. The good things about this place was that it was very affordable and close to the highway and Plaza/Westport area. They also provided free basic cable at the time I lived there but I think that has since changed. The bad was that the management did not seem to care about the residents and the maintenance team was terrible. They didn't seem to fix things well the first time. They have no carports/garages or other amenities either. The area was less than average but I never dealt with crime just noisy neighbors due to small space and thin walls. Overall, unless your really broke like I was at the time spend the extra couple hundred dollars a month.
