Very Disappointing
The school has taken over leasing for this complex. Finishes were rushed and cheaply done. They can't keep up on maintaince. The RHC is more worried about who might be burning a candle than adhering to the letter of the lease agreement. This was a very unorganized take over. Not even close to being worth the amount charged for rent.
