I was charged $783 in fees to move out of an apartment that was in almost pristine condition. Among the fees was a $2.67 fee for a light bulb for the bathroom. Beware! They don't charge a security deposit to move in, but they charge unnecessary fees to move out, which is really a security deposit on the back end. When I told them the fees were unfair and in excess I was told i would be reported to the credit bureaus if I didn't pay.
