The apartment manager Lori is VERY unprofessional!! We were told a smell was coming from our apartment when there are 7 other apartments in the building. We have 3 people in close vicinity of our apartment who say there is no smell. Keep in mind no one has been in our apt and when we did have a maintenance man come into our apartment he said nothing about it smelling. I was told that the smell was traced to our apt. About a year ago, we made a complaint about the smell in the hallway and was told it was the sewer plus one of the apartments has a toilet that gets plugged constantly. Lori also brings her dog to work with her. Also, East Bay didn't have good reviews on a certain website so it paid its residents $10 gift cards so people would write a good review about the complex. Can you say bribery???
