Apartment Review from an Independent Evaluator
The community needed some work. The exterior of the buildings appeared dated. The cabinets, doors and flooring seemed worn and were unattractive. I was not told of any community amenities that added value to the apartments. The sales presentation was good and I would lease an apartment based on that.
