I've lived at this apt complex for over 5 years. Overall, it's been a pleasant place to live. Within the last year, a new manager has taken over. Along with her, came very high cost increases. Rent went up $50 a month and laundry costs went up. (With no notification to tenants. Laundry costs $2.25 to wash and $1.75 to dry). This is not a bad place to live, and does have a nice sized fenced in dog run. $40 dog pet rent. Property slacks on stocking waste bags for dogs. There is trash stuck in the shrubs all around back pond. Hallways need to be reprinted, and hallway carpets cleaned more often. For the new amount I'm paying for a 1 bedroom, I would expect this property to make some updates to the property and do a better job maintaining the grounds. If not, this will be my last year. Employees are friendly, but make promises and do not follow through. This has happened 2x to me personally. Good place to live with a dog, but beyond that, it seems a bit pricey now. Sad thing is, most apartments in the area cost about the same. Time to buy a house.
