Stratford Terrace is well-kept and has large open kitchens and walk-in bedroom closets. One of my favorite assets of the property is the amount of cabinet space in the kitchen! Heat is free which keeps the utility bill low in the winter time, as is water and trash. Management staff are extremely responsive and know most of their tenants by name. Maintenance was always very responsive when we needed them. The building is secure which makes me feel safe. Garages are available to rent and are very spacious. There are on-site caretakers who make sure the building is tidy and manage the noise level. My husband and I have been amazed by how quiet the building is! The property is close to downtown, highway 10, and St. Cloud State. Target, McDonald's, Subway, and Wendy's are within walking distance. The management office is across the street at Rosewood Terrace. We have been very impressed by the responsiveness of the management team in keeping up the property, would definitely rent with them again!
