It's a great location and had some nice features. I would not consider these luxury by any means. You can smell smoke in the hallways and my upstairs neighbors must smoke in their bathroom because I can smell it coming through the exhaust fan. If I do not run my fan it starts to fill the apartment. Office staff is not easy to reach and the pricing is high for the quality of the actual apartment in my opinion.
