Fantastic location!  Well built apartment. You can find less expensive apartments, but you get what you pay for! The Manor is within walking distance to campus with no broken down/late shuttles to have to deal with.  Apartments are great quality and you cannot hear your neighbors.  No party people to have to deal with.  We will be renewing our lease for next year.
