I guess being a nice guy just gets you abused. I have not had consistently working AC at all this year. I currently live in a property managed by Celtic Property management. I first informed the on site representative of this issue 4 MONTHS ago. Yes 4 MONTHS. Now I will grant that there have been days I did not need the AC working since then. I will also grant that they have attempted to fix this problem. The picture posted with this review is the latest attempt in fixing the AC in my apartment. But let me ask you this. IF you had some work done on your car. and it consistently had to be returned to have more work done, replacement, more work done, and yet still more work done, and it wasn't fixed yet. How would you feel. Would you return to get yet more work done. I didn't think so. Would you feel cheated out of your money and time? Would you want compensation for the loss of time and the problems incurred by proxy to this disgusting display of "workmanship"? You would think that a business would at least try to do their job. You would think that after 4 months they might actually get it fixed. Well guess what? Not yet. Maybe tomorrow. It all depends on if they approve the estimate for the work. If not, then gee, oh well we are trying. Well trying doesn't get the job done. How about I try to pay my rent. I guarantee I would be receive an eviction notice right on time.
