Not that bad place to live though you could have lived in a better place for the same money. View is good but not from the windows of your apartment, just outside. Management is not that qualified, is careless and indifferent. Probably they are paid less. You should be very attentive with your information. It can be incorrect in their system. Their approach is to make money on the fines. Very unexpectedly you can receive a notification on a fine already imposed on you. Unfortunately, this is not a place to feel yourself at home. Neither this is a place to study. So, if you are a serious student with a prospective of higher grades, do a favor to yourself, take some time and choose another place to live in. Moreover, this is a place of undergraduate students easy to spend their parents’ money. It resembles a scout camp with lot’s of restrictions. If you are a busy person working all day long in a private company or in the University, then you can’t live here , because you have to be at home all the time to be prepared for unexpected notifications. Management’s approach is to ignore the importance of your own work and time and to overvalue the procedures invented by their own selves.
