We received a lot of false promises when you signed our lease. The property is poorly managed and the policies are not enforced here. There is dog poop everywhere you step, noisy upstairs neighbors, filthy stairwells, bugs, bugs and more bugs and trash bags on front porches for days and weeks left unattended to. This place has become very undesirable and unsightly. Management has changed and are not accomodating to the residents. We pay extra for pest control each month and have never seen an exterminator on the property.
