Not as nice as other Hawthorne properties I've seen. Renovated apartments are nice, relatively spacious and have gas fireplaces and big balconies. Maintenance staff is seriously lacking - trash everywhere, breeze ways don't get swept, landscaping isn't well kept except at the entrance. Office personnel are not very friendly and attentive (with one or two exceptions).
