Overall, the housing is decent, the furniture is good, and the vicinity is good-looking.

One small problem, however: the management evidently expects residents to refrain from a social life. Given a lease term spans a year's time frame, limiting one's permitted guests to only 7 occasions during that year is extraordinarily ridiculous. In addition, the lack of professionalism in the Leasing Office staff is lackluster at best. Rather than approaching me personally about my girlfriend frequently spending the night (not "days," as the terminology within the lease agreement states), the management staff confronted one of my roommates about the issue, and proceeded to probe and question him like the local high school gossip circle. I had only found out about what had happened from my roommate, rather than being addressed directly. I guess professionalism is as rare as common sense nowadays.
