This was a clean neighborhood with a pleasant community. The community took pride in their amenities and their apartments. The Leasing Professional was nice but not enthusiastic. The tour was informative but not personalized. I saw everything I needed to see and would probably recommend the community to others.

I would have leased an apartment based on the Leasing Professional's presentation.

The apartment community, model apartment, floorplan and roomy interior was what I would like in the apartment. The price was right and reasonable for the apartment and the area. The location is very convenient and the stores are all around the corner. Melissa was friendly, casual and explained to her knowledge all the features of the apartment, location including stores and shopping, and prices in detail.

I thought the apartment itself was dated and lacking. The carpet in the bathroom really threw me! I thought that was very tacky. I did like the extended porch, but the apartment itself left a lot to be desired, in my opinion. The leasing professional did a great job selling the apartment and the property, but I would not have been happy with the amenities, specifically the fitness center. I thought it was very small and that the equipment was a bit dated. My comments/responses above reflect my dissatisfaction with the apartment itself and the fitness center.

The property offered basically everything I would be looking for in a new home. It was located right off of Pineville-Matthews Road, which was nearby several shopping areas, restaurants, banks and hospitals. The two-bedroom home was quite spacious and had a lovely, large-sized patio. The amenities were average, but well maintained. The fitness center needed some re-vamping and looked ordinary. The carpeting needed to be replaced as it was starting to look worn. The leasing agent was friendly, welcoming and easy to talk to. I was comfortable at the property because of her efforts. If I had been a real potential resident I would have leased the apartment. I would definitely recommend the property to others based on my experience.

The community really had a resort look to it on the exterior areas. It was very quiet there even though the freeway was close by. It had a home-like feel in the apartment and the overall property.

This was a very enjoyable visit. The Leasing Professional was great and represented the community very well. The grounds were immaculate. Even with the drought, the flowers still looked great. There was even a small section of perennials right outside of the apartment. The Leasing Professional was easy to talk with and very relaxed and confident during the tour.

The value of the rent for an apartment was a good deal if you take advantage of all of their amenities.

The community was average, but during the initial process, something stuck with me. I had to fill out a blue card with my information. I was also required to sign this card with a Fair Housing disclosure at the bottom. This made me feel like the community has had Fair Housing issues in the past. I was very uncomfortable with this step. Also, I am not impressed with a community that makes me do the work by filling out my own guest card.
