I have lived at the Summit for going on 2 years. I was hesitant at first because of the reputation of the manager, however liked the location and worked out with my roommate's. I will not be renting here my Senior year. I have never had anyone as difficult to work with as the manager Debbie and frankly I'm fed up with her! She says one thing one day and another the other gets me confused with other residents and is down right rude! I shouldn't have to deal with this behavior for someone I'm giving business to.

I lived here for a year and would never live at The Summit again! The manager makes everything an issue and writes fines as a way to bring in income. The moving in process is made very difficult with dirty apartment and when you complain to manager she takes no accountability and is rude.
