I paid rent at Lake In the Pines apartments for 1 year. However, I would not recommend these units to anyone. The walls are paper thin and you hear everything around you. You can hear when your neighbor flushes the toilet and showers as the water runs through your wall. Maintenance does what they can to maintain the units and are very helpful, courteous and responsive to your needs. However, management leaves much to be desired. There are on-site laundry facilities and all washers and dryers need to be replaced as some washers do not fully drain the water from your clothes and dryers make a lot of noise. If you are behind on your rent 1 month, you will be filed at court and expected to pay court costs as well as late fees.
