When you arrive on the property it appears like a beautiful gated community but looks are deceiving. The gate is left open or broken most of the time. The apartments are poorly built to the point you can hear your neighbors conversations and water running through the walls. The management staff has poor customer services, not very personable or professional and does nothing to make the residents feel like home. Beware and read the entire lease word from word, no matter how long it takes (no speed reading because you will miss something important that will bit you when you move out). They will have you clean the carpet when you move out but charge. This is the first apartment I lived in that had residents clean the carpet. There is no gym on the premises so you will have to travel to the local Y to exercise (sounds good until the weather is bad) but they do offer free membership with rentals.
