This place seemed nice at first. New, well-kept, etc, thoughtful. It has definitely gone down hill since the bankruptcy. The maintenance has suffered, the grounds got worse, and things like roof leaks go unnoticed. The real slap in the face was when we went to leave. Our lease was supposed to be extended through the end of its month so we could stay until our house was ready. After spending 2 years as tenants, I gave my notice and the new management will not honor what the last management told us. Not only do we have to pay the rest of the month at a higher rate, they're charging us an additional $300 for the privilege. The management didn't even pretend to care about us or try to work with us. So disappointed to see how this place has gone downhill.
