This apartment complex is a waste of your time. If you are looking for an apartment keep looking. I moved here in August 2012. They have the most unprofessional, unorganized, unwilling to help staff I have ever encountered. They put on the facade that they are this hip and innovative residence but don't let that fool you. Their leasing office is decorated chic and they have young attractive employees. But no one knows how to handle things efficiently and professionally. The maintenance men BROKE MY WINDOW playing with airsoft guns outside. I had a bug infestation in my apartment so bad they were obligated to move us to a new unit. My dryer almost caught on fire. They do things on their own time and have no sense of urgency what-so-ever. The units themselves are not as nice as they claim they are. If I wanted to live in a mediocre apartment I would have picked a less expensive one in a better location. Also, they claim that they have a "waiting list" of individuals who want to sublease apartments there. This is not true. I am currently trying to find someone to sublease and it is like pulling teeth. No one wants to take over my lease in spite of the incentives I have offered. All in all, I would never recommend this complex and I would say your best bet is to go down the street to U Village or U Woods.
