I really can't think of anything positive about Hawthorne Centre North. The trash around the buildings are terrible. The interior is dingy and smells. I was told it was smoke free but I can smell other residents smoking in their apartments. There is a problem with dog feces and it's not enforced to pick up after your pet. There is no enforcement about people leaving trash outside their apartments either. The walls are paper thin and you can hear just about everything. Because of the location you'd think the lighting around the buildings would be working but that's another huge oversight - not a secure place. I can't wait for my lease to be up soon - counting down the days.

The people are friendly inside the office.  The work is getting done and it’s easy to talk to the people in the office.  The place is looking better.  Dog park is a plus.  Looking forward to the swimming pool to be salt water and everything.  Great place to live now.
