Moved into Phase 2 back in February. Had some issues upon moving in - property manager was difficult to get a hold of to discuss the problems. Finally had to "threaten" to contact HIS boss to get our issues resolved - he immediately called back! The quality assurance in the new apartments is not being done - garbage disposal wasn't hooked up properly; hose to the washing machine was defective and the bathroom shower was a complet mess and never cleaned. And now, 2.5 months later, it appears our AC is not working properly. My opinion - this community is building WAYYYYY too quickly and not putting enough attention into making sure the existing units are satisfactory.

Pretty much disappointed now in how many buildings they are throwing up. The pool is not heated but cold and dirty during the summer. The price of rent keeps going up and is not worth the price. The apartments are not soundproof like they advertised. I can hear everything! The owner is destroying the land taking down more trees which offers the beauty of the place. I enjoyed running on the paths with the trees.

These apartments are incredible. We moved in May 1, 2013. Janet and the office help are always ready to help. The maintenance dept.Jeff and David  are the best ever, professional and respond very quickly . Very friendly neighbors. We love the fact there is no smoking and no animals. The apartments are very quiet. We sold out home and moved here to down size.  We love it.
