I would recommend it! You NEVER find solid older buildings like this! Its quiet....(minus a couple of unruly residents) Its well maintained, and we are always informed of things being done. The little holiday treats left on our doors is always a nice thing to see. I like it here!

I wish there was package acceptance instead of stuff being left in the vestibule and hopefully brought in. Parking is difficult, cars park too close together and cause door scratches and dents.

The apartment building is quiet and the apartments are study/well built. Outside landscaping is well maintained. Carpeting in main areas need to be replaced. Elevator has been replaced and is working well. Needs a ramp at one exit for easier entering and exiting. New manager is available and quite pleasant. Maintenance is prompt. Convenient location for our needs.
