The community is well maintained. The leasing professional was polite and accommodating.

The staff takes pride in the community with the landscaping and proper signage. The leasing agent took time to point out what makes the community different from others, making it feel more like a home and not just another building. The community played to its strengths of convenience and location of the river walk.

The location is in a beautiful area. The water views and walkway are an added benefit. I like that they’re doing renovations. I also like that they renovated and updated their gym and pool recently. The apartment model that I saw was spacious and attractive. The prices are affordable and definitely worth it for the amenities available

The community was lovely. It was clear that maintenance is done on a regular basis. The staff was friendly and welcoming.

This community has a great location to the city and right off the Hudson. There is a large apartment being built right in front of it blocking a good portion of the view. The community is very pet friendly. It has some amenities however not much. The staff was enthusiastic and conversational.

This extraordinary complex offered a heated swimming pool, 24 hour fitness center, controlled access buildings, direct access to the Hudson River walk, 24 hour maintenance, a gated community and walking distance to great restaurants, grocery stores like Whole Foods, and other great shopping experiences. The apartments were spacious and gorgeous and the community felt very homey and comfortable.

I would love to live there with beautiful views of the Hudson River, which was amazing.

The drawback of this community was that they do not have a social center or events for the members to get together. As a single, divorced woman, I would be looking for a place that offered monthly events and get-togethers to make new friends. The leasing agent did say they were going to make over the fitness center and pool area with a new clubhouse type building but did not think they were going to have grills installed. The grounds of the community were well landscaped and cared for. The proximity to the many things was another plus.

I found the communities rent was a good value and would likely recommend.

The agent was great. It was wonderful meeting her. I would love to have her as a neighbor.

The price of the property was too high for what they offer. Other properties in the area are nicer and offer more. The view and the seclusion of the property is a plus but with the competition in the area, I would not pay that rent if I can rent more resort like properties in the area. The staff was courteous and helpful. I got a positive experience from the people working there.

The community was beautiful as well as the landscape. I love the location, it was very quite and clean. The view of the city and the water was breath taking. The town home style of the apartments made you fell you were renting a house. The agent is a great leasing manager and you can tell she enjoys her job.

The agent was a sweetheart; she was great. However, the apartment I was shown was dated. The hardwood floors were a little bit fragile. It was very clean and well kept although it was a little older. It really appeared like a peaceful place to live and it was right on the waterfront and in walking distance to the ferry which is a major plus. I could make it work.

I was extremely impressed with the community and the way the agent made me feel upon arrival. Edgewater has always been considered an affluent community so I pre-judged what to expect. To my surprise, I was greeted with kindness, respect and the feeling of being happy that I was considering their community. I was impressed with the diversity and the opportunities available to the residents. The community offers something for everyone. The apartment was so beautiful with every amenity you could ask for. In reality, one would never have to leave the community for entertainment and the tranquility with Hudson River steps away, just added to the quaint and serene atmosphere. I loved everything about the community and would not venture to want to change anything.

The apartments shown to me were very nice. The kitchens were great and the living spaces were reasonable. The bathrooms were a good size, but the hardware in the shower looked inexpensive. For the amount being spent on the apartment, I would have expected more amenities. The pool area was a good size, but the gym was really small and a bit mediocre.
