Trash containers at driveway were supposed to have been relocated months ago. One excuse after another from office as to why this has not been accomplished.
The "luxury M" condominium has the look of low rent housing from the driveway side.

So many challenges and it is such a beautiful property. So different when I was a tenant at Roseland for 12 years.

Garbage collection at end of driveway still an eyesore,: also disruptive and an invitation for rodents. Sloppy and often overfilled. Should be moved ...as was said to be the plan...to another fenced in location.
Lack of owners....predominance of renters. I moved here to be among other owners of their condominium units, not among renters. If I'd wanted to continue rented I'd have stayed at Brownstones or moved to Sheffield.
