The rent is high. Laundry room washers and dryers do not work well most of the people here go up the stree. Tiles in bathroom cont to come up in floor shoes wall hard to clean

I plan on giving bad reviews all around because an apartment filling with 2nd hand smoke shouldn't even be conceivable.

I should have been warned before signing an agreement, I shouldn't be paying premium - in the more upscale range of apartments - and be living in fear of retaliation because some of my neighbors don't exactly come across as belonging here.

I'm sorry, I don't know how else I can politely put that without sounding like some uptight jerk.

This is a small rental community and I have felt that my needs and requests were always met promptly. Office and maintenance staff are both helpful and respectful. Upon moving in, my apartment was in great condition and I continue to enjoy being a member of this community.
