I have lived at Chateau Ridge at the back end rows. I have read these reviews earlier before signing my lease documents but from the front the apartment looks normal, but after living for the past 4 months I have realized, why this apartment has a worst review. I have a one bedroom apartment and in the past 4 months I was unable to sleep in my bedroom and have to sleep in the living room. The reason is that there is a very loud knocking noise in the bedroom at night. The noise is so loud that it will wake you up. I had informed management in writing few times and instead of fixing this loud noise issue, they told me that it is the hot water line, as if it alright. This line pass right in the bedroom and I cannot imagine that any sensible person can have good night sleep in the bedroom. So avoid these apartments. If you can sleep in loud noises then it will be no issue for you.
