I’ve been here 3yrs I always make my payments later, okay with adding the late fee but really after ther 15th. Charge me with Eviction for the rent to be paid in full before the months out.

Everything is really cheap and breaks easily. Our shower leaks to the second floor if we shower too long or too often which is hard considering I have 3 babies. Just overall it’s super cheap and not durable for the amount it is to live here

I would advise them not to expect a lot-outside lighting at night is sometimes poor, inside foyer areas are not kept clean, and outside door does no always lock properly.
