My husband & I relocated from out of State and saw an Ad for Bartlett Landing. The moment we stepped onto the property I knew this would be our new home. Larry, who showed us a couple of units was very knowledgeable & answered all of our questions.

We are now here 1 mo. in a beautiful Ranch Condo & can't praise & thank the staff enough. Frances & Crissy are in the office to answer your calls efficiently. Dale, Ken & Larry, the Maintenance Personnel, assess each minor issue & take care of them promptly & professionally.

The Condos are lovely & landscaping beautifully maintained. The unit we chose has a gate across the back porch where our little dog sits for hours gazing at the beautiful mature trees while waiting for deer to frolic down the path.

Added bonuses include a beautiful clubhouse, pool, gym, tennis courts & walking trail all included in your rent. Very close to shopping, beach, restaurants & entertainment.
