Los Pinones is an older apartment community and its age is showing. Management only updates or fixes areas if they are completely broken. Heating and A/C units have frequent problems. Single pane glass is used which leads to higher heating costs in the winter months. Parking is extremely limited no matter what size apartment you are renting. One spot assigned even for a three bedroom unit. Decks on the second and third floor units need to be replaced, you can see major cracking in the wood and many of them are leaning rather than aligned with the buildings. Bathroom and kitchens need major updates. Look at other options before signing a lease here.
