I wish the lounge were open longer. Esp since they have coffee and that would be nice to access in the mornings.
I do like the gym, thought I don’t think the mirror fitness works. I like that the complex isn’t noisy. I wish it were gated like most communities in the area around us. I think the staff is courteous and the amenities are nice.
I would probably not recommend the complex at this time as my AC has been broken for ~2 weeks and I haven’t received word on when it will be fixed (just that we are waiting for a part, but no word on how long it will take to get the part). That has made the apartment uncomfortable (except for the room where they gave us the floor unit). I have tried to stay in the lounge where there is AC but it closes at 6 so I can’t cool down that long after work.

Because there’s been to many changes in management and over the summer it seems that things are very disorganized

Please paint recycle bins a different color than trash bins.
Residents constantly put them in the wrong bin since all of those are blue. Suggest Green color for recycle bin.

Rent has gone up to high, would not recommend based on cost.

Everyone I know would want soft water, so I couldn't recommend Pace to anyone.
