Ive been renting here for two months and will be breaking my lease and moving !!! Stay on them about matnience not including that they enter your unit without any notification .. there infested with Roach's they will spray but they need to spray the whole building ... NO CLUB HOUSE & BUSINESS CENTER IS ONE COMPUTER IN THERE OFFICE ... Fitness center is not accessible ... Pools are never cleaned since I've been here ... Not to bad as far as people living here but it's OK keep to yourself .. Laundry room defiantly useless they DO NOT work as far as cleaning clothes good better off going to the local laundry mat & the laundry room stays dirty .. Reeks of paint since there working on units at any time if the day .. Sometimes I will walk outside and can't leave because there painting the floors and have everything blocked off without notification .. Office management is fair but can be better !!! My unit is bad defiantly was not fixed well floors are in even sockets does not work , balcony door does not lock _, every screen in the house have huge holes in them & taped up .. No peep hole and was poorly done OK FOR PRICE BUT TRY SOMEWHERE ELSE !!!!
