Paper thin walls and ceiling

I need to move, too much noise from elephants upstairs and dog barking. There wasn't any nieghbors when we moved in, oh the quite month how I miss it. The apt looks nice but appliances are cheap and loud. Floor is cold in autumn til summer, just carpet over concrete. So if you're hard of hearing and wear shoes all the time, not so bad....
