The large sign on Route 2 states: 'Luxury Residences.' So where is the granite, stainless appliances, hardwood floors, fireplace??? Where is the attached garage?? Why do tenants pay monthly for a washer and dryer?? If you enjoy collecting insects, you will be happy with the 'critters' that love to cohabit with you: spiders, beatles, ants..... The grounds are spacious and lovely but the apartments are beginning to show wear and tear and age and by other standards are not luxury, but the rents are! Location is the best! Maintenance is outstanding!!!
