Been here for nearly 5 months and had no idea that the construction wasn't complete. So I pay full price for no yard, just a big mud puddle all around. The nearest patch of grass is about a quarter mile away. When the snow melted I had 4-6 inch nails, staples and equipment that was never picked up just covered by more dirt. All of the so called grass is seed based so even apartments with yards really don't have much of a yard. The only plus to this place is the attached garage and location to amenities. For military, base housing would probably be a better choice.

We've been living here for about 3 months and it's a decent town home with brand new everything, but it's SO loud in the mornings---tractors, snowplows, shoveling, beeping of large vehicles backing up almost every single morning, even on weekends. I haven't been able to enjoy sleeping in on my days off since I've been here. As I type this a tractor has been doing something out there for the last 45 minutes right below my bedroom window!!
