The apartment community is a decent place to live. Nice neighbors and very low crime rate around the community. Nice large pond to walk around or take your pet for a walk. Really convenient location to shopping and restaurants. Easy access to downtown. Maintenance seems to respond very quickly to needs. Only complaints are when you move in they tell you not to set trash bags outside your door or you will be charged, however, they do not keep up with making sure this doesn't happen. Second complaint is the parking!! Parking is absolutely horrible. If your get off after 5PM you are extremely lucky if you are able to get a parking spot anywhere close to your apartment. Your can rent a garage but the odds of getting one close to your apartment are slim to none. Third would be storage. There is very little closet storage space and no storage areas except for on select units. Other than that, no major complaints.
