Office staff avoids confrontation at all costs. They tell you what you want to hear and then do nothing to resolve the issues at hand. Very unorganized and difficult to get a hold of. They have office hours posted, however are never in the office when they should be open. They are always closing the office early or opening late and will suddenly step out for hours at a time for "meetings" and "training classes" that they do not inform you of beforehand. They pick and choose which phone calls to return. I placed work orders a few months ago and have yet to have them fixed.
